You don’t have to be a fitness enthusiast to enjoy one of our fat-busting, core-building exercise classes, designed to work around your busy schedule.  Have a look at what’s coming up and make the most of your workout:

Class Descriptions
Run Club

Join Hannah for a light run around London Fields and surrounding areas. Extra challenges added, suitable for all fitness levels. Don't be late.

Boot

fusion of balance, strength, cardio and flexibility. Objective is to shock the body, lose weight and build muscle.

Buns & Thighs

just as it sounds. This class is full of exercises to tone and shape those buns & thighs. Be prepared to sweat.

Cardio Pilates

Kick, squat and lunge your way to a lean Pilates body.

Core Challenge

build a strong foundation and get those abs you've always wanted.

Power Step

will push your cardio edge.  Intense bursts or core & upper body exercises while stepping, provides a workout from head to toe.

Tabatacise

advanced class. Short and challenging intervals to help you burn fat long after the class is over.

War

declare War on inactivity. War gets you off the couch, out of your office & into an exhilarating total body workout.

Zumba

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. You will achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in an exciting 45 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life.

Yoga

Easy to learn and soothes your soul while toning your body. In this class you will strengthen your cardiovascular system, tone and stretch your muscles and improve your mental fitness. Ashtanga is an energising and invigorating style of yoga.

Pilates

Improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain. Professional dancers have known the benefits of Pilates for decades. Top athletes use it for strength, flexibility, and injury prevention and Hollywood celebrities and supermodels use it to maintain beautiful physiques.

Shape

Our take on Legs, Bums and Tums. Concentrates on the quadriceps, glutes and abdominals whilst raising your heart rate and burning calories. You would expect after a few weeks of these classes to be raising heart rates outside of the studio!

Define

Uses barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. PUMP is proven to be "the world's fastest way to get in shape" by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and 'wellness' benefits.

Insanity

Exactly as it sounds. Short, fast paced, body weight based workout designed to burn as many calories as possible.

Total

Total is an all over body workout, combining core, strength and aerobic fitness. This session will vary each time to keep you on your toes. Suitable for everybody and all abilities.

Spin

Short, hard cardio blast. Get your token, get on the bike and push yourself as hard as you can. Spin Information — Read before taking a Spin Class 

Circuit

Can incorporate set or transitional stations dependant on the instructor. Whichever one you go for will be a blast and get your energy levels charging. Suitable for back-to-basics programming and high level conditioning. Push yourself!

Box

This boxing aerobic class incorporates boxing drills with strength, core and body conditioning for a complete body workout. Great way to "punch" out any remaining energy/frustrations you have remaining from your busy day!
