just as it sounds. This class is full of exercises to tone and shape those buns & thighs. Be prepared to sweat.

Circuit

Can incorporate set or transitional stations dependant on the instructor. Whichever one you go for will be a blast and get your energy levels charging. Suitable for back-to-basics programming and high level conditioning. Push yourself!

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way.

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body.

Define

Uses barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
