Ever thought of taking a class and experiencing the joy of exercise shared with other people? We offer instructor-led group classes for everyone of all fitness-levels. Improve your strength with Pump; get pushed to your limits with HIIT, Zumba and our other fitness classes, or why not wind down with Pilates. We also run 30 minute gym blasts which include kettlebells, calisthenics, circuits, CrossFit, lower and upper body blasts!
