When I first stepped into a gym nearly five years ago, I felt completely overwhelmed – fitness spaces had always felt like they weren’t made for people like me. As a queer and trans person, I know how alienating these environments can be, and it’s become my mission to change that. Now a professional gogo dancer, qualified yoga teacher, and calisthenics coach, I specialise in helping queer and trans people (and anyone else who’s ever felt excluded) feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies. My holistic approach focuses on what your body can do – from press-ups to handstands – rather than fixating on numbers or comparisons. Whether you want to master your first pull-up, work on mobility, or just feel at home in your body, I’m here to help.
