PERSONAL TRAINER
I have been a personal trainer for the past 11 years plus. My specialism includes strength training, improving cardiovascular fitness, sport specific training and rehabilitative and rehabilitative training. I can help you improve general fitness, build strength and build and gain confidence in the gym. To get a feel for me as a person and a trainer, you are invited to join me in my boxing classes every Monday & Wednesday @6pm or my Saturday morning Legs Bums and Tums class @9am. It’s fun, inclusive of all fitness levels and guaranteed sweat fest.
