CCTV operates in parts of the club for the safety and security of members, visitors and staff.

Photography and Video

From time to time photographs and videos may be taken within the club for promotional or marketing purposes.

Where an individual is the main subject of a photograph or video we will normally seek their agreement before publication.

If you would prefer not to appear in promotional material, please let a member of staff know and we will always do our best to respect your wishes. We will never knowingly publish images of someone who has asked not to appear.

Children will never be featured without appropriate parental or guardian permission.

Keeping Your Information Secure

We look after your information carefully. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Access is limited to authorised staff and trusted service providers who genuinely need it to do their jobs.

CCTV footage is automatically overwritten after a short period unless it is needed for an investigation.
